William was very responsive and explained the entire process of ordering a Herman Miller. He and Jenn take great pride in their work and it shows. My Aeron Classic looked, felt and smelled brand new. The chair is fully functional and doesnt have a scratch on it! I had a tight deadline to receive this chair and it arrived sooner than I thought! I will be testing it for the next 30 days, but I am confident if there are any issues, William and his team will take care of it ASAP. Excellent reseller!!!
I just want to let you know how much I love these chairs! They were delivered yesterday and we could not believe how well they were wrapped/stored for transport – very impressive. The chairs are better than expected as they are classy, professional, and absolutely beautiful! From the fabric to the staining to the style, I honestly could not be any happier or pleased!!! We will definitely keep them in mind should we need furniture in the future. Jenn went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted (well, better) so thank you! I realize this was a very small order compared to what you are used to and do appreciate all your time.

There were some minor hiccups as the shop was offline for a bit due to a power outage, then some illnesses took out the staff. BUT, all that got sorted, the chair sent and received in excellent condition. Very high marks and praise!
