The chair I bought arrived as scheduled, was perfectly pack, in excellent condition, as exactly a represented. A particular well done is due Jenn. She responded in a timely fashion to every question I posed. They all represent your group well. I hope others in Atlanta and all your locations are of the same caliber.

I purchased 2 items on separate occasions from your FF local dealer. They were nothing short of fabulous both times. Excellent customer service and extremely friendly people. I would definitely recommend and would make future office furniture purchases from them.

Overall excellent communication with sales agent. The chair was packed and shipped via 3rd party. Chair arrived and broke on the first day. April was very quick to offer a technician to come to NYC and fix or replace the chair. Chair ended up being replaced within the week.
